All Services where a Free Pos Terminal Affiliate/Brand company processes personal information based on a payment processing agreement entered with you or your customer(s) (or other similarly situated entity) are not covered by this privacy policy. In this respect, the respective Free Pos Terminal Affiliate/Brand company is not the data controller but a data processor within the meaning of Art. 4(8) GDPR.
